Once again we praise God for His great faithfulness. Gerald's surgery went very well and he is back in his room and feeling ok. He will need to rest tonight and we will find out more tomorrow about what is to follow. The wound is closed and the muscle graft came from the leg, rather than somewhere else. This is good news. God has covered us at every turn and we thank and praise His name. We love you all!!!

  1. Oh no, did I misinterpret for prayer chain? I was a little confused about it but thought there was really no "graft" but only what was there at the wound. Can you clarify for me?
    Glad it's over!

what meal does Gerald miss the most? I can only imagine someone would love to make it for him and have it as his 'welcome home' meal?
    God is good!!
Susan, I pray for you too, that you are getting the rest you need. I know you as a great woman of prayer, and know your strength, courage, and faithfulness. God is holding on to you also.

  5. God is good...all the time
And all the time...God is good!
Once again God has answered the prayers of His children. One of my favorite Bible verses is Ps.139:5. That verse just gives me the peace of mind knowing that He is surrounding you'll with His protection and care. It is great news to hear that everything went well today.

Oh, I loved yesterday's cartoon--I laugh every time I read it.
    Luv ya bunches--
